RING: Custom. One of a kind. Rich, 18k yellow gold setting frames a magnificent octagon style setting with diamond satellites trailing a dual blaze of diamonds. Outrageously beautiful natural yellow step cut Sapphire measuring 9.5mm x 9mm, flanked by two gleaming Princess cut diamonds, .50ct each, with another 60cttw in round brilliant diamonds cascading down the shank, for a total of 1.60cttw of fine, VS/G diamonds and a 4.46carat sapphire.
