AMETHYST DIAMOND RING

Nicely made VS clarity pear shaped Amethyst ring with SI clarity, and .10cts of top white G-H color accent diamonds. This came in as part of a large estate of very fine quality 18k and 14k jewelry. The stock mounting is 10k yellow gold instead of the expected 14k, an unusual choice. The Amethyst is a very nice quality gemstone which has been framed with six diamonds. Very pretty ring, very modest price. Amethyst measures approx. 16 x 10 x 7mm and is estimated to weigh approximately 5 carats. Ring Size 8 3/4, ring weight is 4.7g. Great look! Item#c-BDamethyst

The vintage 1940's - 1950's ring is 14k rose gold, in excellent condition, and the size is 8. Natural mined Amethyst oval in shape with weight calculated at 9.65 carats and it measures approx. 14 x 17mm. The weight of the ring is 7.85 DWT.
