Peaceable Kingdom PAST photos

We adopted Emily May as a puppy. Edward and Toby were littermates. Emily decided Edward belonged to her. Bob rescued Carmichael as a kitten from a canal on Summerland Key. Boyfriend simply showed up at our door one day. Shaney Muffin (Muffy) showed up at Cynthia's brother's house but he traveled too frequently to keep her. Riley was the offspring of a MomCat we wanted to adopt from the local Humane Society but they ignored our request and killed her. Cynthia went ballistic, erected a website, went to the newspapers, raised particular hell, and demanded Riley.
The Treasure Coast Humane Society no longer kills cats. Stanley is polite, well-mannered, bothers nobody, and is getting fat.

Cynthia found LittleBoy standing in the middle of our street in a pouring rainstorm in late December of 2010. He was very, very old, almost totally blind, and so frightened he was shaking like a leaf. Cynthia stopped the car, grabbed him, and brought him home. He slept on her pillow, snuggling next to her each night for the rest of his peaceful, and much loved life. LittleBoy ElderCat crossed the Rainbow Bridge in late 2012.
