Each CV accepted for inclusion at this site has been carefully reviewed, the candidate has undergone and passed a battery of qualification reviews and an initial interview.

The Procedure:
Qualified support staff conduct first phase reviews of submitted CV's. The staff looks for Senior Management experience only, (CEO, President, Vice President, Managing Director, CFO, CIO, etc.) then evaluates depth of Candidate's experience, eduction and training.

Applications which suggest a high degree of merit, are then forwarded to a Board member for a confirming review or rejection, based on information contained in the submitted CV.

CV's of Candidates which make the second "cut" are submitted to The Board's Candidate Appraisal Committee. Each candidate's qualifications are critically reviewed in-depth. We look for those individuals with the rare combination of skill, experience and demonstrated judgment that often requires more than 25 years to refine. The Candidate who passes the third "cut" is then issued an invitation to participate in a 30 to 45 minute telephone interview conducted by a senior member of the Board.

Final approval, resulting in an invitation for inclusion on The Board of Directors web site indicates to potential employers that the Candidate whose CV they are evaluating online is highly qualified, has come under the scrutiny of corporate Board level reviewers, responds well to verbal inquiries, and merits a face-to-face interview by a potential employer.
