An unexplained "White Jet" was observed over both New York, and over Shanksville.

Additionally, a smaller, low flying white airborne entity was ALSO witnessed, flying over and around the crash site, both before and after UA 93 crashed.

Research suggests that Mrs. McElwain was describing either a remote controlled missile or a wingless or integral wing design UAV, a one-piece monocoque design with no rivets, as opposed to traditional jet plane.

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV; also known as a remotely operated aircraft) is an aircraft that flies without a human crew. Their largest uses are in military applications. To distinguish UAVs from missiles, a UAV is defined as a reusable, uncrewed vehicle capable of controlled, sustained, level flight and powered by a jet or reciprocating engine.

There are a wide variety of shapes, sizes, configurations, and characteristics.

The use of SUAS in combat is so new that no formal DoD wide reporting procedures have been established to track SUAS flight hours. As the capabilities grow for all types of UAS, nations continue to subsidize their research and development leading to further advances enabling them to perform a multitude of missions. UAS no longer only perform intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, although this still remains their predominant type.

Their roles have expanded to areas including electronic attack, strike missions, suppression and/or destruction of enemy air defense, network node or communications relay, combat search and rescue, and derivations of these themes. These UAS range in cost from a few thousand dollars to tens of millions of dollars, with aircraft ranging from less than one pound to over 40,000 pounds.

Susan McElwain, 51, who lives two miles from the crash site, knows what she saw - a white plane rocketed directly over her head as she drove. It was white with no markings but it was definitely military, she said. It just had that look. "It had two rear engines, a big fin on the back like a spoiler on the back of a car and with two upright fins at the side. I haven't found one like it on the internet. It definitely wasn't one of those executive jets. The FBI came and talked to me and said there was no plane around. Then they changed their story and tried to say it was a plane taking pictures of the crash 3,000 ft up. But I saw it and it was there before the crash... They did not want my story - nobody here did."

Some have suggested that the plane was a Dassault Falcon 20 business jet, but that plane does not match the detailed description provided by Susan McElwain. It lacks the two upright fins on the sides of the spoiler. The A-10 Thunderbolt has the fins but it's too large and the fuselage doesn't match the description. McElwain positively ruled out both of them.

Another witness describes seeing a low-flying white plane which looked as if it had two big eyeballs on top.

McElwain's on-site description of a white airborne craft which suddenly descended, directly in front of her moving van, is at right. She mentions also that although her view of it filled the windshield of her van it was compact, the body was no wider than her van, it had a long, cylindrical seamless fuselage, with no visible rivets, almost like molded fiberglas. It was so shiny it looked brand new. It was also soundless. It bobbed and weaved, and gliding smoothly, went up over a stand of trees and disappeared from sight. Suddenly a huge plume of smoke appeared from beyond the trees. McElwain thought it was the white aircraft which had crashed and rushed to the nearest home to find help.

Mrs. McElwain, who looks after special needs children, is further convinced the whole truth has yet to come out because of a phone call she had within hours from the wife of an Air Force friend of the family. "She said her husband had called her that morning and said 'I can't talk, but we've just shot a plane down,'

Lee Purbaugh, 32, was the only person to see the last seconds of Flight 93 as it came down on former strip-mining land at precisely 10.06am - and he also saw a white jet.

The truth about 'chemtrails'. We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and space based ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better.

They ionize the atmosphere of the air using orbs, let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun.

The orb trails have various elements in them like carbon which can be used to absorb microwaves. Some of the orbs spray soft metal flakes that make the small aerial craft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets.

These orbs are satellite weapons. Activists are using meters and are getting readings of microwaves, x-rays, and some other kind of emission that they are not sure of, maybe a low-intensity laser to ionize the air ?

With this we know for a fact that Orbs have some kind of directed energy device onboard.

Then, they make an aluminum-plasma, generated by “zapping” the ionized air with electromagnetic energy from the space-based lasers. Ionization of air molecules is one phase of creating lightning.

The high electric potentials used to create air ions are achieved by using capacitors to develop a high voltage (c.20,000 volts), low-current charge at an electrode. Such voltages can also generate ozone and NOx which even in relatively low concentrations, may irritate lung tissues, causing chest pain, coughing, throat irritation and aggravated asthma.

So this ionized air (also known as plasma) is much more conductive than the previous non-ionized air. Incidentally, the ability or freedom of the electrons to move is what makes any material a good conductor of electricity.

Plasma is the tool nature wields to neutralize charge separation in an electric field.

The ionization of air or gas creates plasma with conductive properties similar to that of metals.

Nikola Tesla (1856–1943) was a noted inventor, scientist and electrical engineer. He invented Tesla coils, transformers, alternating current electrical generators and was the first early pioneer of radio technology. Tesla worked on plans for a directed-energy weapon from the early 1900s until his death.

In 1937, Tesla composed a treatise entitled The Art of Projecting Concentrated Non-dispersive Energy through the Natural Media concerning charged particle beams.[12] Tesla was noted for making a claim that he had developed what he called a "teleforce" weapon, or death ray. This death ray would "send concentrated beams of particles through the free air, of such tremendous energy that they will bring down a fleet of 10,000 enemy airplanes at a distance of 250 miles (400 km) from a defending nation's border and will cause armies of millions to drop dead in their tracks", as said in an article at the time.

He offered this invention to the U.S. War Department and to several European countries without success.

Various conspiracy theories persist regarding the nature of this device and the whereabouts of Tesla's model or schematics for it. Tesla's 1917 proposal for Directed Energy submarine warfare is eerily similar to a 2008 US Department of Defense proposal.

Nikola Tesla revealed that an earthquake which drew police and ambulances to the region of his laboratory at 48 E. Houston St., New York, in 1898, was the result of a little machine he was experimenting with at the time which "you could put in your overcoat pocket."

The bewildered newspapermen pounced upon this as at least one thing they could understand and "the father of modern electricity" told what had happened as follows:

"I was experimenting with vibrations. I had one of my machines going and I wanted to see if I could get it in tune with the vibration of the building. I put it up notch after notch. There was a peculiar cracking sound.

"The police and ambulances arrived. I told my assistants to say nothing. We told the police it must have been an earthquake. That's all they ever knew about it."

Some shrewd reporter asked Dr. Tesla at this point what he would need to destroy the Empire State Building and the doctor replied: "Vibration will do anything. It would only be necessary to step up the vibrations of the machine to fit the natural vibration of the building and the building would come crashing down. That's why soldiers break step crossing a bridge."
