So if we've solved the fuel problem, (silent propulsion, no harmful emissions) and we actually did that many decades ago, by reverse engineering vehicles that were not from here, (thanks to staggeringly large secret black budgets augmented by trillions of dollars stolen from U.S. Taxpayers), why is it that we continue to destroy our own planet, drilling and mining for fuels such as oil and coal and gas, which, it could be said, are effectively obsolete, and have been for a very long time?
Who benefits from keeping the citizens of earth in the dark, forcing us to buy their coal and oil and gas and other petrochemical products?

denials that these things even exist, if we are ridiculed by merely

The problem is that if they continue to withhold that technology, people will starve. We'll further pollute our atmosphere, we'll destroy our water supplies, irreparably damage our oceans, climate change will have reached the point where it is irreversible, we'll have massive heat waves, uncontrollable wildfires, extended periods of drought, and crops will fail.......

GREER: We've taken a very bold step here by identifying definitive evidence related to UFOs and then presenting this to key members of the political and military establishment in the United States, as well as at the United Nations and elsewhere. It has caused not only a tremendous amount of interest, but a lot of concern over something which can only be described as the probable extra-constitutional management of the subject. SI: What do you mean by 'extra-constitutional management of the subject'? GREER: There are top-secret projects that are in the black area, so-called 'black projects', and then there are the ultra-black ones. This falls into the really ultra-black area of USAPs, Unacknowledged Special Access Projects. You may recall an announcement by the then Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, that several trillion dollars from the Pentagon's budget had somehow gone missing and that every effort was being made to find out where it went. "In fact,
it could be said, that it's a matter of life and death" But the very next day was September 11, 2001, and while thirty four innocent civilian accountants, bookkeepers and budget analysts were sitting at desks in the Pentagon, auditing those financial records, a bomb went off, and THEN a large aircraft, doing in excess of 500mph, at ground level, managed to drive right through their department. No
people. No records. No investigation. Even if someone senior in the chain of command makes an inquiry about them, they will be told very specifically that the project doesn't exist. This is up to and including the White House and the Joint Chiefs [of Staff at the Pentagon] levels. You have several dynamic issues here: there's the extraterrestrial phenomenon itself; there's the covert program dealing with it; and then the disconnection between the covert management of it and the legal and constitutional government, which has largely been left out of the loop on this. This becomes a very complex problem to resolve, and that's why it has taken so much work, not only on my part, but on the part of hundreds of people with whom I'm working, to try to resolve this crisis. SI: Are you saying that, since the late 1940s or 50s, the US Government has known about the UFO phenomenon and has tried to keep that information away from the public in a conscious way? GREER: Well, yes and no. And the reason I have to say yes and no is that you must define 'US Government'. The group that I referred to, which has been called MJ-12, or Majestic 12, and alternately PI-40 (I don't know what that stands for), should not be confused with the US Government. For example, I spent nearly three hours briefing a sitting director of Central Intelligence, a CIA director, about this because he couldn't find out anything on the subject. So when someone says 'the US Government' is holding back information, what they have to understand is that 'the US Government' and 99.9 per cent of the people in it have no knowledge of this subject. I'm referring to relevant members of the Senate Intelligence Committee that I briefed, relevant members of the White House staff and the CIA, and very relevant senior members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The questions then become: who is managing this and how is it being managed? These questions cause the most disturbed reaction in people in public life when they find out that there is an organization that exists which is largely based in the private sector with significant representation within the military and intelligence community, which essentially behaves independently of normal checks and balances that are necessary if you're going to have anything pretending to be a democracy. SI: Are some of the witnesses that you have spoken with actually members or former members of this covert group that has been covering up the UFO story? GREER: Yes. SI: Why are they coming forward now? GREER: This gets very complex. The US Government, as you and I think of it, and other governments, don't know about this subject 99 per cent of the time. The elements that do know about it work closely with large high-tech aerospace firms that do a lot of contracting with the US Government. Among those within that group, there is no unanimity on how to handle this issue. Because of what we have been doing, there are a number of them who feel that the time has come for disclosure on this. About one-third of the elements within MJ-12 feel that way. But there is still a majority, particularly the older members, who want to keep this quiet at least until after they have died. So even within that group it's not monolithic. This is why it is so difficult for the subject to be brought out, because it's not just a matter of saying to the public: 'We're not alone and there are extraterrestrials out there.' And by the way, there's not a scintilla of evidence that these ETs are hostile, notwithstanding the rantings of the UFO community and the science fiction buffs. The issue is much more complex because it deals with hugely vested, powerful interests that are desperate to keep this thing quiet for as long as they can because of the economic, social, technological, geopolitical, and other implications of a disclosure. SI: How many people do you estimate are involved in this covert group? GREER: There are probably 200 or 300 who really know what's going on, but only a couple of dozen who are key to the operation, and I know who a few of those people are. SI: Would you describe them as oil company executives, or aerospace executives, or military people? How would you describe them in a general sense? GREER: All of the above, and not necessarily the obvious suspects, by the way. I'll give you an example. After I met with the Director of Central Intelligence, I went to a southwestern city in the US, which is probably all I should say, and met with a member of MJ-12 who was quite interested in what we were doing. They were quite horrified, I think, in the sense that we were not only determined but successful in what we set out to do. He turned to me, around a huge conference table in this mansion — this is a man who is a very high-tech figure and a genius and very much involved in super-computers and other things — and said: "You really don't need to be talking to the CIA Director about this because he doesn't know anything about this and he's not going to know anything about it. If I were you, I'd be talking to people like me, people who are involved in doing a lot of high-tech work, covertly, for contractors to the US Government. I would be talking to certain heads of think-tanks; I would be talking to certain people who are concerned about the religious implications of this, and certain religious orders." He gave me a very specific litany, and at the time I thought this man must be crazy. It turned out he was 100 per cent correct. It was very hard for me to accept this. It's much harder for someone on the Senate Intelligence Committee or the Joint Chiefs of Staff to accept that this is how this is being managed. between THEIR space vehicles and OURS, and how to tell the difference. JP Aerospace, a volunteer-based DIY Space Program (popularly known as America's OTHER Space Program) has launched rockets and floated a variety of airships to the edge of space for more than 30 years. Very, very BIG airships. Often mistaken for UFO's. Terrific ideas, brought to fruition on a shoestring budget. "The big aerospace firms have been trying to do this for decades, spending hundreds of millions of dollars," said John Powell, president of JP Aerospace, in a 2006 news release. "We spent about $30,000 and the past five years developing Tandem.(Tandem is their unmanned twin balloon construction workhorse of an airship that operates between 80,000 feet and 140,000 feet.) Now then.... Back in 2001, the Missile Defense Agency (the section of the United States government's Department of Defense responsible for developing a layered defense against ballistic missiles) awarded Lockheed Martin a $40 million contract to work on the High Altitude Airship, a 500-foot-long (152-meter-long) blimp, 25 times larger than the Goodyear blimp and much more capable than JP's Ascender model which could loiter at altitudes above 65,000 feet for as long as a year. At any rate, these things have been up and running for a long, long time. They account for a good many of the slow moving high altitude boomerang, oval, triangular, cigar and v-shaped craft that many people have reported seeing. They're especially startling to the uninitiated when their lights are seen at night. So here's your clue: We have a healthy collection of top secret reverse engineered craft and they're not using Regular Unleaded gasoline, but MOST of OURS, the ones you accidentally see, anyway, move slowly and you may hear a very very faint hum as they cruise overhead. About Nomenclature (the names we use to describe things): In the 1940's these objects were known as UFO's. Later the term ETV (extra-terrestrial vehicle) was used. More recently they were termed AFO's, Anonymous Flying Objects, since without official acknowledgment, the general public can't tell which of them are terrestrial (ours) or extraterrestrial ("theirs"). In the military, however, they are now known as Fastwalkers, a term created by the North American Aerospace Defense Command to classify Unidentified Flying Objects which enter or leave the atmosphere at a great velocity and which are sometimes captured on the Defense Support Program satellite system. Slower anomalous objects, such as satellites, are referred to as "Slowwalkers". From NORAD´s underground Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado site, approximately 500 Fastwalkers are reportedly tracked yearly.

The Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) is an international
scientific research and education organization dedicated to the furtherance
of our understanding of extraterrestrial intelligence. CSETI was founded in
1990 by Dr. Steven M. Greer, who is the International Director. CSETI's projects
include the CE-5 Initiative, and the Disclosure Project.

Because Dr. Greer's life has been threatened, he was advised
to institute what is commonly known as a "dead
man's trigger". If something should happen to him, (as has happened
to many others) a massive information dump will be triggered from multiple sites

In August of 2012 the father of the award-winning Sirius documentary film-maker
Amardeep Kaleka was murdered. Authorities have shrugged their shoulders and
labeled it a random
"hate crime". Witnesses told investigators that the killer (who, up
until 1998, was a US Army Psy-Op specialist), and who worshippers said they
had never before seen at the temple, "did not speak, he just began shooting,
[and] seemed like he had a purpose and knew where he was going".

2002: This is an award-winning Documentary exploring the Government's

Each video submitted to them for inclusion is examined frame by frame to try to make certain they're the real thing. They look for Photoshop brush markings and stitching borders, and other tell-tale signs that an image has been altered or otherwise faked, and if found, they discard those submissions. A few of the earlier videos on that site include narration with sub-text containing occasional spelling errors, but as of July 2012 an experienced editor has joined the team.

Neil Armstrong’s UFO Secret - August 27, 2012
Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, passed away recently at age 82.
Many have asked if Armstrong took with him the secrets of what really happened during the famed 1969 Lunar Landing.
Well, yes- and no.
The well-respected Dr. Steven Greer, founder of The Disclosure Project writes;
"Over the years, I have gotten to know a number of astronauts- and very close family members and friends of astronauts. As you may recall, my uncle was the senior project engineer for Grumman (now Northrop Grumman) that built the Lunar Module, that landed on the moon in July of 1969.
The truth of that historic event has never been told. We did go to the moon- but the events that transpired were kept secret and officially remain secret to this day.
By the time we landed on the moon, the Lunar Orbiter had mapped the moon and imaged ancient as well as more recent structures on the moon. This has been confirmed by more than one DisclosureProject.org witness. So by the time we landed, the military and intelligence community- and a small compartment of operatives at NASA- knew that we may in fact encounter something very unusual there.
To prepare for this possibility, there was a time delay from the Lunar Module via an NSA (National Security Agency) uplink and other, alternative film footage was prepared to be shown in the event of something really unusual happening.
Well, it happened. Close friends and very close family members of both Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin have separately told me that indeed there were numerous, large UFOs around the crater where the Lunar Module landed and that these were seen by both Armstrong and Aldrin. I have also spoken to military officers that have seen the footage of this event- but it has never been made public. One close family member of Buzz Aldrin told me “It is not my place to out Buzz on this- someday if he can speak about it, he will…”
Neil Armstrong became somewhat of a recluse after the moon landing, and rarely spoke of the historic event. His friends and family have told me that this is because he was a man of such integrity that he simply did not want to be put in a position to lie to the public about such a momentous encounter. How tragic that our heroes have been placed in this untenable situation!
When we were organizing The Disclosure Project a few years ago, I asked one of Neil Armstrong’s friends if Armstrong would come to Washington to brief members of Congress at the 1997 Congressional briefing we organized in April of that year. I was told that Armstrong wished he could –but that if he spoke about what really happened during the moon landing, that Neil Armstrong, his wife, and children would all be killed. It was put to me this bluntly.
I found this to be unbelievable at the time, but since then have found that such threats and bullying by the over-reaching national security state is routine. A very senior scientist at the Naval Research Labs in Washington DC recently told me and the Disclosure Project team that if he spoke about some of the information he knew, that he, his wife, his children and grandchildren would all be killed.
This is no joke – and not a conspiracy theory. This is the way the highly secretive and fascist bosses in the deep black national security state operate. They make the Mafia look like choir boys.
In the meanwhile, we continue to applaud those courageous men and women who come forward, speak the truth and move Disclosure forward. The world deserves to know that we are not alone, that intelligent life exists in the universe beyond earth and that we have amazing new sciences and technologies that urgently need to be disclosed. This knowledge will give us a new civilization on earth, without poverty or pollution- and with justice for all.
