EXECUTIVE PROFILE
of
Charles W. Wright

My broad based business expertise derives its value from major achievements with world-class manufacturers in processing environments, a new business start-up, a turnaround challenge, and several plant construction and start-up projects.

I'm recognized as a change agent with proven results in team building and optimal utilization of resources in order to help companies perform better - getting entrepreneurial or well established businesses more focused on quality, productivity and profitability - and moving them along to the next level.

My most recent accomplishment was creating order from chaos in establishing organizational and managerial controls for the operations of a biotechnology based start-up company.

As a business manager and leader, my successes to date span from the implementation of several high performance team-oriented work environments, TQM approach to quality, managing annual operating plans, product development, growing sales volumes in new markets, to participation in the overall scheme of setting and achieving corporate goals and objectives.

I have participated in the development of forming strategic business alliances, achieved sustained penetration into new markets of the industry, coordinated and effectively executed a plan which eliminated low volume "loss leader" markets, and have had direct customer interface in new product ventures.

My management experience includes engineering, manufacturing, R & D, logistics, customer service, marketing, operations, and P & L responsibility. Specifically, my knowledge of systems/regulations encompasses CIM, EPA, GMP, HACCP, JIT, MRP, OSHA, SPC, TQM, USDA & FDA.

I bring the value and benefit of my diverse background from experiences with companies, large and small, and an acute understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing many, if not all, businesses in today's highly competitive global markets.

Being an organized, resourceful individual, I'm seeking a key operations position with a company where I can utilize my business expertise to help a progressive organization develop and achieve its corporate goals and objectives.
